We offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase if your report does not surface at least one condition you have not already filed a VA claim for. To request a refund, email support@veteranbenefitsreport.com within 14 days of your purchase date with your order information.
Refunds are not available after 14 days, or if you have already filed new claims based on the report's recommendations.

The report generated for you is licensed to you for personal use. You own the factual information you provided. The underlying system prompts, methodology, software, and website content belong to Veteran Benefits Report LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or reverse-engineered.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Laramie County, Wyoming, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
We may update these terms at any time. The updated terms will be posted at this URL with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
