Terms of Service

Last updated:

Read this first. Veteran Report is an educational tool, not legal or medical advice. We do not file claims for you, do not represent you before the VA, and do not guarantee any rating outcome. We are not affiliated with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. By using this service, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own claim decisions and should review any strategy with a VA-accredited VSO, attorney, or claims agent before filing.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Veteran Report (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Who can use the Service

You must be at least 18 years old and a U.S. military veteran (or a person assisting one with their authorization) to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information when filling out the form.

3. What the Service is — and what it isn't

Veteran Report uses an AI model to generate an organized, plain-language strategy report based on the information you provide. The report is intended to help you prepare to discuss your claim with a VA-accredited representative.

The Service is not:

4. Pricing and payment

The Service is offered for a one-time fee of $97 (USD), charged at checkout via Stripe. The price is shown on the checkout page. We may change the price for new purchases at any time, but any price change will not affect orders that have already been completed.

5. Refund policy

We offer a refund within 14 days of purchase if your report does not identify at least one missed condition or actionable next step you were not already aware of. To request a refund, email hub@ampry.com from the address you used at checkout. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

After 14 days from the date of purchase, sales are final unless required otherwise by applicable law.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

7. Intellectual property

The Veteran Report name, branding, website, source code, and underlying technology are owned by us. The strategy report we generate for you is yours to use for your personal claim preparation — share it freely with your VSO, attorney, or doctor. You may not strip our brand from the report and resell it as your own.

8. AI-generated content disclaimer

Reports are generated by an AI language model. The model can make mistakes, miss things, or produce information that is incorrect or out of date. You are responsible for reviewing the report and verifying any specific claim, regulation, or rating reference with a VA-accredited representative before acting on it.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT YOUR USE OF IT WILL RESULT IN ANY SPECIFIC OUTCOME WITH THE VA.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST BENEFITS, LOST INCOME, OR DENIED CLAIMS. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO PORTIONS OF THIS LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, damages, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we reasonably believe violates these Terms, harms other users, or exposes us to legal risk. The provisions of Sections 7, 9, 10, 11, 13, and 14 survive any termination.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in [COUNTY], [STATE], and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts. Nothing in this Section limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

Founder note: Replace [STATE] and [COUNTY] above with the U.S. state and county where your business is registered. Have an attorney confirm whether you should add an arbitration clause and class-action waiver before launch.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page and the “Last updated” date at the top will be revised. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
